We try to provide the best rates with the best quality, so to ensure this to happen. We provide exchange/return only in case of faulty/damaged goods.

Terms & conditions related to the same

To ensure a safe and trusted transaction of goods, we would require our customers to make a 360 deg parcel opening video of the product/products once recieved.

The application of the complaint has to be within a stipulated period of 24 hours after the arrival of the product.

While receive a complaint, we expect a picture of the product, the address of the receiver, name of the sender and the 360 deg parcel opening video shot on the arrival of the product in case of a damaged good.

In case of complaints related to tracking and shipment related issues, we expect all of the above except the video and in addition a screenshot related to the tracking of the product if tracking has been provided.
